1. Facility Assessment

A thorough walk through of the facility assessing the; Equipment, set up, procedures, human factors and more, that are being use for your specific role in question.

Assessment is based on and with the intent to analyze potential areas that could cause injury or areas that may have already been a factor in previous injuries.

2. Capability Assessment

Individualized Pre- employment or Post- employment assessments to analyze medical and physical health and wellness. 

Information obtained will be used to find areas open to potential injury in the future and provide knowledge on what areas the employee/employer on what could be done to decrease the likelihood of injury to that individual.

3. Ergonomics Training 

Classroom Training session with employees with the intent to train them on proper lifting techniques, postural patterns and stabilization techniques to protect their bodies throughout their work day tasks.

Taking an “outside the textbook”, approach to movement patterns and body mechanics to ensure safety in any and all tasks being performed.

Also, covering potential injury outcomes in the specific roles performed and what the employees should watch for when it comes to injury at work.

4. Stretching Regiment 

Daily stretching regiments based on role tasks and risk outcome injuries to perform ideally at work with a goal of just 5 minutes a day. Stretches based on high risk area of the body to decrease fatigue, soreness, and likelihood of injury. 

Employees report feeling better throughout the day, and long term performance of tasks, as well as are refreshed and rejuvenated to complete their day with ease.

4. Strengthening Regiment 

Daily Strengthening Regiments designed based on the role being completed and areas of the body which are at increased risk of injury. Helping the employees complete daily tasks with ease, while decreasing muscle fatigue and increased energy levels.
